Delivery & Returns

UK delivery: We despatch items in stock by Royal Mail or a Courier within three working days of receiving your order. Normal delivery may take between 1 and 4 working days. If we are out of stock on an item or the item is bespoke, delivery could take up to 14 days. We will keep you informed if delivery is likely to take more than 5 working days. If your order is urgent, please let us know by emailing hello@w-soap.co.uk, and we will try our best to meet your deadlines.

UK

Unlike other companies we include Highland Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland as the UK and therefore all UK rates remain the same.

Next day delivery: If you cannot wait for your order, choose Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery. This service will guarantee delivery by 1pm the day after you place your order, provided we receive your order before 12 noon Monday-Thursday. (It generally works for orders placed on a Friday, but we cannot guarantee this). You will need to give us a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your parcel, e.g. your work address, a friend or neighbour, etc.

Republic of Ireland post and packing charges:

UK Returns: In the first instance, please email us at hello@w-soap.co.uk if you have a faulty product, please supply us with Batch Number and Order Number. It may be that you do not need to return the product, as we cannot accept certain returns for hygiene reasons. Once we have been in touch, and confirmed whether you need to return the product to us or not. All returned items must be sent ‘Signed For’ via Royal Mail upon which a barcode is given, this must be emailed to us as soon as it’s known. We will refund the cost of the returning postage to you either in the form of a credit code, which you can use against a future purchase or direct back to your account. This service does not apply to overseas customers.
